Employment history

Provide at least two professional references (current or immediate former employer, or place of study). If you cannot, provide one professional plus two character references, where at least one character referee has known you for more than three months (longer is preferred). Use official organisation emails for professional referees; personal addresses are accepted only for character referees.

If a referee has known you for 3 months or less, we will ask you to add a further reference. Character referees must have known you for more than 3 months.

Build note (remove before go-live): Complete front end. On submit, the page assembles a JSON payload and (in production) POSTs to the GFI API, which sends reference-request emails via Microsoft Graph, creates the SharePoint folder HR > Recruitment > [Year] > Surname_Forename_Role_Date, and generates the cover-sheet PDF. Save & resume uses the browser here; production uses the server-side draft store with a 30-day email link. Owner settings (positions and question wording) are stored locally for demo; production reads them from the GFI tenant.
